Reports - Procedure Related
There are five different basic headings for Procedure reports. These are...

• Date/Procedure
• By Facility
• By Place of Service
• By Location or Region
• By Consulting Doctor
  

Select the type you want to create and click the Create button. The dialog layout below is typical. Here is what your need to do...

By Date/Procedure

• To have the report for s specific range of procedures, enter the range of Procedures. For example, to see just the E&M procedures, enter the From procedure as "99201" and the End as "99215".
• You can select one insurance carrier in Specific Insurance if wanted from its po-up list all all insurances.
• You can also select a Specific Location, too.
  

By Facility
This report prints by each facility (office, hospital, surgery center, etc.). As with By Date/Procedure you can select just one insurance code.

By Place of Service
This report prints by each place of service (office, hospital, surgery center, etc.). Follow the dialog’s instructions and Select the report’s content. As with For Defined Dates you can select just one insurance code.



By Location or Region
This report prints by each location (or region). Follow the dialog’s instructions and Select the report’s content.
 
By Consulting Doctor
This report prints by each consulting doctor. Follow the dialog’s instructions and Select the report’s content.
